Cynthia Laura Castellano, a 25-year-old mother of two, was last seen on May 19, 2002, in Laredo, Texas. At the time of her disappearance, she resided in the 1500 block of Serene Drive with her common-law husband, Rolando Rubio, and their two young daughters, who were one and three years old.
