Olympia Androniki Capaldi, born on September 17, 2021, was last seen on August 15, 2022, in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida. At the time of her disappearance, she was just 11 months old. Olympia was allegedly abducted by her non-custodial mother, Ella Capaldi, following a contentious custody dispute. Ella, a UK citizen, had her visa expire, and after a failed attempt to legally relocate to Italy with her daughter, she fled the U.S. with Olympia. They are believed to be in Frosinone, Italy.
Isaiah Torres, Olympia's father, was granted full custody in the U.S., and Italian courts initially ruled in favor of returning Olympia to her father in May 2023. However, Ella disappeared with Olympia before the scheduled handover. A felony warrant for interference with custody was issued for Ella on January 10, 2023, and authorities continue to search for the pair, who are thought to be hiding somewhere in Italy.
Isaiah has been actively pursuing legal avenues to bring his daughter back, and he has launched efforts to fundraise for the legal battle through international courts. Despite setbacks, he remains determined to reunite with his daughter, as the case continues through various Italian court hearings.
