In the late summer of 2022, a sense of unease began to creep into the community of Madison Heights, Virginia, with the disappearance of 27-year-old Sharod Leonard Jackson. A Black / African American male, Sharod was last seen on August 18, 2022. Standing between 5'5' and 5'6' and weighing between 130 and 145 pounds, he was a familiar face to many.
