Emmanuel Almanzar, a 34-year-old Hispanic male, went missing on the morning of December 22, 1992, in the New York City borough of Queens. He was last seen at approximately 8:00 a.m. while walking in the vicinity of 25th Avenue. At the time of his disappearance, Almanzar was described as being 5'6" tall and weighing 160 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes. He may have also had a mustache.
