In the final days of 2020, a Missouri family’s world was turned upside down by the disappearance of David Eugene Todd. A 55-year-old man from Scott City, Missouri, David's last known contact was on December 23, 2020. The circumstances surrounding his disappearance began with a single-vehicle crash reported on U.S. 61 and Azalea Drive in Kelso.
