Glenn William Sheridan, a 54-year-old from Williamsburg, Virginia, vanished under mysterious circumstances on November 24, 2004, while on a five-day cruise to the Bahamas with his wife. The couple was aboard the Carnival cruise ship *Celebration*, and it was upon the vessel's return to its dock in Jacksonville, Florida, that Sheridan was reported missing by his wife, Gloria.
