Annette Rabino, 32, was last seen on January 26, 2000, in Pembroke Pines, Florida. Her common-law husband, Naraine Cyril Ramsammy, with whom she lived, waited two months before reporting her missing. When he finally contacted the police on March 4, 2000, he claimed she had been missing since January 11. Ramsammy provided authorities with several conflicting explanations for her disappearance, including that she had traveled to Trinidad for an abortion, that she was hospitalized after a suicide a ...
