Jeffrey Daniel Osborne, a 20-year-old U.S. Navy veteran, has been missing since August 17, 1995. He was last seen at his home in the 35300 block of Carson Drive in Zephyrhills, Florida. After being discharged from the Navy in 1994, Osborne had moved to Zephyrhills and found employment. However, shortly before he vanished, he abruptly quit his job.
