After she stopped the vehicle, Charapko exited the car and walked away, never to be seen or heard from again. At the time of his disappearance, Charapko was described as a white male, standing at 6'2" and weighing approximately 200 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes. He had a notable physical characteristic: a fused right ankle resulting from a previous car accident. It has also been noted that he contended with several mental health conditions and had been described as suicidal. When he disappeared, he was not carrying any identification, money, or personal belongings.
