Benny Jay Battle Jr., a 40-year-old man from Old Town, Florida, was last seen on December 10, 2019. His disappearance occurred the night before he was scheduled to appear in court in Gilchrist County for alleged drug and petty theft charges, a court date he never attended. Battle has not been seen or heard from since, and his family fears he may have been murdered. His lack of contact with his mother is considered highly uncharacteristic.
