Rongy Merrick, a 44-year-old man from Washington D.C., has been missing since September 23, 1999. He was last seen in the Washington D.C. area on that day. At the time of his disappearance, Merrick resided in the 4200 block of Dix Street, North East. His sister was the one who reported him missing to the authorities.

Merrick was last seen driving his white 1989 Pontiac four-door station wagon. The car had a Virginia license plate with the number YUR-9620. He has not been seen or heard f ...
