Minton Franklin, a 58-year-old man, was last seen on November 16, 2022, in Austin, Texas. He was known to frequent areas near South Lamar and Barton Springs, including a homeless camp, and was last spotted near a 7-Eleven store on North Lamar Boulevard. At the time of his disappearance, Minton was wearing a brown jacket, black hoodie, red-and-black flannel shirt, dark pants, and brown Nike sneakers. He also had burn scars on his forehead, which could help in identifying him.
