Michael Ryan Rangel, a 26-year-old Hispanic male, was last seen in Tulare County, California on March 28, 2003. At the time of his disappearance, Rangel was 5'10" tall and weighed approximately 200 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes. He wears glasses and has several distinguishing tattoos: a four-inch tattoo on his left shoulder, another on his upper left arm with the name "Rangel," and a tattoo on his chest that reads "Alexis Nicole Rangel".
