Michael L. Page was 23 years old when he was last seen in Ripley, California, on November 1, 1996. Other agencies, however, report the date of his disappearance as October 1, 1998, at which time he would have been 25 years old. The circumstances surrounding his disappearance remain unclear, and he has not been heard from since 1996. His case is classified as an endangered missing person and remains unsolved.
