Elvia Cruz Ortiz, a 22-year-old Hispanic female, was last seen on October 23, 1985, in Los Angeles, California. At the time of her disappearance, she stood at 5 feet tall and weighed 125 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes. She has a scar on her right leg. Ortiz was last seen wearing a sleeveless black shirt, a short black skirt, dark-colored nylons, and black high heels.
