On December 31, 2006, 20-year-old Ruben Garza was last seen in Delano, California, as he departed a residence on Teresa Court around 9:00 a.m.. He was reportedly on his way to visit friends in the neighboring Tulare County. Garza, a Hispanic male, stood at 5'3" and weighed approximately 120 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes.
