Kimberly Moore, a 43-year-old woman from Ringgold, Louisiana, was last seen on December 31, 2022, around 11:30 p.m. at a New Year's Eve party. She had recently moved back to Louisiana from Texas in late 2022. Moore was with Vernon Parker, a man she had been living with, at the time of her disappearance. The next day, on January 1, 2023, Parker was found shot dead in the backseat of his car, which was idling on Pleasant Road in Ringgold.
