Amysena Beatrice Chappell, an 18-year-old Black female, was last in contact with her family on either September 6 or September 7, 2004. At the time of her disappearance, she was described as being between 5'2" and 5'4" tall and weighing approximately 150 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes. Chappell, who went by the nickname Amy, had pierced ears.
