Albert Walter Ballou Jr., a 53-year-old man, was last seen at his residence in the Silver Lakes area of San Bernardino County, California on July 6, 2018. Investigators believe he left his home sometime during the night. Ballou, who is developmentally disabled, disappeared along with his tan golf cart, which has also not been located.
