Clifton Charles Smith, 57, was last seen on February 9, 2023, walking away from his daughter’s home in Cedar Hill, Texas. Smith had wandered away twice before, once making it as far as Dallas, Texas, before being located by his family. At the time of his disappearance, he was wearing a gold/brown jacket, a red shirt, black pants, and black shoes. He was known to wear his hair in an Afro style and may go by the initials "CC."
