In the late summer of 2025, concern began to grow for 47-year-old Tavoris Jermaine Thomas, a man known affectionately by his nicknames 'C' or 'Ceasar'. On September 6, 2025, Tavoris was reportedly dropped off in the Meadowpark Area of Rose City, a neighborhood in North Little Rock, Arkansas. This would be the last confirmed sighting of him.
