Frederick Charles Tilney was a 38-year-old man when he was last known to be in Norman, Oklahoma, on March 9, 2025. His disappearance followed a disturbance at a residence, after which Tilney left the property without taking his vehicle or cellular phone. Those belongings remained behind, creating an immediate and troubling break in the normal trail that might otherwise have helped establish where he went next.
