In the small community of Chilchinbito, Arizona, on March 3, 2023, family and friends last saw 35-year-old Male Dustin Zonnie. A Native American man with black hair, black eyes, and a small cross tattooed on the left side of his face, Dustin was a familiar presence in his community. At 5'8" and 140 pounds, he was often seen wearing all black clothing. His disappearance caused immediate concern because it was highly uncharacteristic of him to be out of touch.
He was known for checking in with his family almost daily, so when his calls stopped, a deep sense of worry began to grow among his loved ones. A few days after he was last seen, with the silence from him becoming unbearable, his family officially filed a missing person's report with the Navajo Police Department's Kayenta District.
