On a summer day, 66-year-old James Howard Hill, also known as 'Toolie,' was last seen in the Green Level area of Burlington, North Carolina. He was reportedly walking in the vicinity of the 200 block of Lakeside Avenue on July 4, 2025. At the time of his disappearance, Mr. Hill was described as a white male, standing at 5 feet 11 inches tall and weighing around 125 pounds.
