Rylan Mccellan, a 16-year-old white male from Jacksonville, Florida, was last seen on July 5, 2025. According to the National Missing and Unidentified Persons System his disappearance was officially reported two days later, on July 7, 2025. At the time he went missing, Rylan was described as being approximately 5 feet 10 inches tall and weighing around 140 pounds. He has brown hair and blue eyes. The clothing he was last seen wearing included a white shirt, a gray hoodie, and black pants.
