Monica V. Monroe, a 52-year-old woman originally from Sweden, was last seen on June 16, 1998, in Miami Beach, Florida. Standing 5'8" tall and weighing approximately 115 pounds, Monroe had blonde hair and hazel eyes, and her ears were pierced. That morning, she spoke with her family at 10:00 a.m., and by 1:30 p.m., she was observed driving her white 1984 Chevrolet Camaro out of her apartment building's parking lot. She has not been heard from since.
