In the winter of 2022, a 70-year-old man named Russell Wilson vanished from his community in Chicago, Illinois. He was last seen on January 12th of that year. Concern for his well-being grew as time passed without any contact. The Chicago Police Department's Area Four was tasked with the investigation into his disappearance. At the time he went missing, it was noted that Russell may have been experiencing homelessness, a circumstance that can add significant challenges to locating a person. ...
