A 13‑year‑old Black or African American girl named Sylina Landis, approximately 48 inches tall and weighing about 50 pounds, was reported missing from Wesley Chapel, Pasco County, Florida. She was last seen leaving her home in the company of another juvenile, wearing a black hoodie and black pants.
