Adrian Figueroa, a 56-year-old resident of Moorpark, California, was last seen in July 2019. Figueroa lived in a recreational vehicle on a large property off Pederson Road, adjacent to the 23 Freeway in Thousand Oaks. The property also included a Christmas tree farm.

Despite his disappearance in July 2019, Figueroa was not reported missing until January 2020. This delay raised concerns among investigators about the circumstances surrounding his disappearance.
