Sixteen-year-old Toneisha Michelle Brown was reported missing from Jacksonville, Florida, after last being seen in the city. She was described as a Black female with black hair and brown eyes, standing about 5 feet 8 inches tall and weighing approximately 241 pounds. At the time of her disappearance, she was wearing a blue shirt and blue jeans.
