A 15-year-old female, Montavia Thompson of Tallahassee, Florida, was last observed early in the morning, informing her father that she was at a friend’s house and would return soon. That communication occurred around 5 a.m.; she assured him she would be home shortly thereafter, but did not disclose the friend’s name or address. Despite her promise, she did not come home.
