Rachel Scott, a 25-year-old woman from Round Rock, Texas, tragically lost her life on May 19, 2018, after falling from the top deck of a party barge on Lake Travis. Witnesses reported that she struck her head on the lower deck before sliding into the water. Despite immediate rescue attempts by several individuals, she was not located.
