Travis Marley Kapp was a 45-year-old man from Sitka, Alaska, whose disappearance began in the cold, storm-darkened waters near Point Couverden on December 1, 2024. Kapp was the captain and operator of the commercial fishing vessel F/V Wind Walker, a Sitka-based seiner and longlining boat carrying a five-man crew through Southeast Alaska.
