In the late evening hours of June 26, 2023, a 56-year-old man named Scott Andrew Feltus was seen at a Safeway grocery store in Silverdale, Washington. This would be the last confirmed sighting of him. Feltus, a resident of the Silverdale area in Kitsap County, was described as a white male, standing 5 feet 6 inches tall and weighing around 151 pounds, with both brown hair and brown eyes.
