Cooper left his home in Cloudy, Oklahoma with the intention to walk to a family members residence near Swink, Oklahoma. Cooper always traveled on foot and took rural undeveloped routes. According to family members Cooper went missing during the summer months between 1983-1985. The exact day, month and year is unknown.
