Nanci Britner, a 45-year-old woman from Winchester, Virginia, was last seen on the night of June 28, 2023, at the Relax Inn, where she was visiting her sister. Around midnight, Nanci contacted several people, including her niece, asking for a ride back to her home on North Kent Street. Her niece assumed Nanci had found another way home when she didn't respond.
