In the summer of 2023, a 45-year-old woman named Nanci Leigh Britner disappeared from Winchester, Virginia, leaving her family and friends deeply concerned. On June 28th, she delivered a box of food to her sister, who was undergoing cancer treatments and living at the Relax Inn. Nanci spent time with her sister and also visited with her daughter who lived in the same building as her own apartment.
