Katelyn "Kate" Vara, a 26-year-old woman from San Antonio, Texas, went missing on August 6, 2024. She was last seen leaving her home in the 600 block of Maria Elena on the west side of San Antonio, reportedly heading to a medical appointment, but she never returned. Kate's disappearance has deeply concerned her family, particularly because it is unusual for her not to be in contact.
