Before leaving to get the tire, she had left her cell phone charging at her property, and she did not have any other electronic devices with her. She did, however, have her purse, which contained her identification and bank cards. Despite this, there has been no activity on her financial accounts since she was last seen. Described as a white female, standing approximately five feet tall and weighing around 110 pounds, Cynthia had short black hair with purple highlights and brown eyes. On the day she disappeared, she was wearing a light blue spaghetti strap shirt, dark-colored shorts, and "BOBS" brand shoes that were distinguished by animation character prints. A notable tattoo of animal paw prints was located on her right foot near her ankle. She was carrying a black purse with "Route 66" written on the side. The Mohave County Sheriff's Office launched an investigation after she was reported missing on August 22, 2024. Early in the investigation, authorities sought help from the public to identify the man and the white truck that were seen with Cynthia. The man was described as an older individual with long gray hair and a beard. His vehicle was a white Ford F-150 king-cab from the early 2000s with a camper shell that extended beyond the tailgate. Investigators were eventually able to locate the truck and interview the man, but he was subsequently ruled out as a lead in her disappearance, leaving the case without resolution. The investigation remains active, with law enforcement and Cynthia's loved ones still searching for answers.
