In the summer of 2023, concern began to grow for 40-year-old Crystal Dawn Wiggins, a resident of Tulsa, Oklahoma. Her family had not heard from her since July 7, 2023, and while Crystal was known to lead a transient lifestyle, the extended silence was unsettling. Crystal, a female of American Indian / Alaska Native and White / Caucasian descent, was a familiar presence in her community. The lack of contact prompted her family to take action, hoping for answers and her safe return.
