In the autumn of 2024, concern grew for the well-being of Lloyd Rio Petete, a 76-year-old man from Newcastle, Oklahoma. On the evening of October 30th, he was at the Riverwind Casino when he was last seen walking away from the establishment at approximately 6:55 PM. At the time of his disappearance, he was wearing a red shirt with 'OKLAHOMA' in white lettering, a blue hat with a red bill, blue jeans, and gray and white shoes.
