Joseph Edward Dixon, also known by the nickname "Tater," has been missing from Hartsville, South Carolina since April 24, 2020. He was last seen driving a black 2020 Nissan Rouge SUV near Hartsville Ruby Road and Bullard Ford Road in Chesterfield County.
