Vincent David, age 69, has been missing from Okmulgee, Oklahoma since July 26, 2024. He was last seen leaving the VFW bar within the city limits around 6 p.m. on that day. Witnesses at the bar reported that Vincent mentioned he was planning to visit a nearby convenience store to withdraw cash from an ATM, intending to use it to pay his rent.
