Brandon Waters, a 30-year-old from Lakeland, Florida, has been missing since October 4, 2024. He was last seen on foot near Culver’s on Highway 98 North around noon. Authorities launched an investigation after Waters disappeared, which ultimately led them to suspect foul play. On October 15, Polk County deputies arrested four individuals in connection with Waters' presumed murder.
