In the late summer of 2024, concern began to grow for Joseph E. Landry, a 69-year-old resident of Clementon, New Jersey. The alarm was first raised by his real estate agent, who was handling the sale of his home. After not hearing from Mr. Landry for about a week, the agent's concern prompted a call to law enforcement for a well-being check.
