Judy Ann Sylvester, a 22-year-old from Virginia Beach, Virginia, was last seen on January 24, 1977. She lived in an apartment at the north end of Virginia Beach and worked at a local restaurant. On the day she disappeared, she failed to show up for her scheduled shift at work and never collected her paycheck. Judy was known to frequently ride her bicycle around the area, but after that day, she was never heard from again.
