Elaine Johnson, 41, was last seen on November 22, 1990, at her apartment in the Kimberly Park complex in Parma, Ohio. After failing to show up for work, she was reported missing by her daughter on December 3, 1990. Johnson's disappearance remains puzzling, as her apartment was tidy, her rent was paid through the following month, and her personal items, such as money, credit cards, and identification, were left behind.
