Jennifer Lynn Pentilla, an 18-year-old from Montana, disappeared on October 17, 1991, while biking through Deming, New Mexico, during a solo journey. She was on her way to join a missionary group in Mexico but decided to alter her plans after hearing concerns about safety for a woman traveling alone.
