Jennifer Lynn Pentilla, an 18-year-old from Montana, disappeared on October 17, 1991, while biking through Deming, New Mexico, during a solo journey. She was on her way to join a missionary group in Mexico but decided to alter her plans after hearing concerns about safety for a woman traveling alone. On the morning of her disappearance, Jennifer called her mother from a Shell gas station in Deming, informing her that she might head to Minnesota to visit a friend instead of continuing to Mexico. ...
