Rakesh Gopi Missing Person Case

Rakesh Pal Gopi, 18, went missing from Pittsburg, California, on December 4, 1991. He was last seen in the vicinity of the 300 block of Cabrillo Place. At the time of his disappearance, Rakesh was 5'6" tall, weighed approximately 150 pounds, and had black hair and brown eyes. He was of Indian descent and may have been wearing jeans and a t-shirt when he was last seen.
