In the early hours of June 18, 1995, a young woman named Thylea Chisholm, on the eve of her twenty-first birthday, vanished from Chesterfield County, Virginia. She was a 20-year-old Caucasian female with brown hair and brown eyes. Thylea was last seen shortly after midnight in the area of the Strathmore Apartments, located in the 6100 block of Strathmore Road, just south of Chippenham Parkway. Reports from that time indicate she was on her way to a dumpster near the apartments when she disappear ...
