Linda Lunsford, 38, was last seen on December 26, 1996, in Midlothian, Virginia. She had just finished an overnight shift at Walmart preparing for post-holiday sales. After work, she met her ex-boyfriend and co-worker, John Harvey Howard, for breakfast. This would be the last confirmed sighting of her. Later that day, her car, a burgundy 1994 Nissan Sentra, was found abandoned in the parking lot of a nearby shopping center, with no sign of Linda.
